The Kousien Corporation was established in 2008. At the begining of the business, the founder, Yulin Chang (Taiwanese), has devoted himself to foreign language education. The languages are Mandarin, Taiwanese Chinese, Cantonese, Korean, Thai, etc. He is very popular in the Hanshin area.
